I had to come and leave a five-star review. I
called her yesterday (I live in AZ) and
we had a nice 15 minute conversation
about my needs - she took my thoughts
and created the LOVELIEST arrangement
I have seen in quite some time.
In the current world of folks doing
the bare minimum, this woman went
above and beyond my expectations and

Darlene was exceptionally helpful getting flowers
delivered for my Aunt's funeral with only
same day notice due to my forgetfulness....
As I was calling from out of state,
she offered to send me a picture of the
arrangement once she finished it.
NO florist in my entire 66 year life
has ever offered to do that!!!!
I consider that to be customer service
above and beyond!!!!
The arrangement was beautiful and I
highly recommend Darlene's Flowers!!!!!

I called Darlene on a last minute whim
because most other places were closed
on a Sunday (seriously). I was ordering flowers
for someone in Endicott and couldn't
be there since I live in VA.
Darlene was very helpful, understanding
and sweet. I didn't really tell her what
I wanted specifically but she said she
would "take care of it".
I was a little worried since I had one
review to go from on yelp.
I was not disappointed!
I saw a picture from my sister-in-law and it
was a beautiful arrangement, delivered on
the same day. Thank you Darlene,
I will certainly use your services again!
